Sending Broadcast Messages to All Students

How to send: 1. Go to Student Management or Messaging page 2. Look for "Send Message to All Students" or "Broadcast" 3. Write your message (same format: title + body) 4. Click "Send to All"

What happens: - Every student in your roster receives the message as a notification - You'll see a confirmation: "Message sent to [X] students"

When to use broadcasts: - Weekly practice reminders: "Happy Friday! Don't forget to practice this weekend." - Studio announcements: "Our spring recital is scheduled for May 15th. Mark your calendars!" - Seasonal greetings: "Happy holidays! Enjoy your break and I'll see you in January." - Motivation boosts: "You're all doing amazing work. Keep singing!" - Policy updates: "Reminder: Please practice in a quiet space for best Q-Orb results."

Pro tip: Don't overdo broadcasts. One per week maximum, or they become noise. Save them for important or motivating messages.
