Recognition Messages

Recognition is powerful. When students hit milestones, send a quick message to acknowledge it.

What to recognize: - Baseline improvements - Completing an exercise for the first time - Practice consistency (e.g., 5 sessions in one week) - Hitting a goal streak (2/3 or 3/3 on a metric) - Overall progress (e.g., "You've improved 30% on pitch accuracy this month!")

How to send recognition: Use the direct message feature, but frame it as celebration:

Examples: - "You just hit your third timing goal in a row — baseline improvement unlocked! That's real, measurable progress. I'm proud of you!" - "I see you practiced 6 times this week. That's dedication! Keep that energy going." - "Your overall performance score went from 68% to 82% this month. That's a huge jump. Whatever you're doing, it's working!"

Why recognition works: Students practicing alone at home don't always realize when they're succeeding. Your message makes progress visible and validates their effort.
