Q: Can a student have multiple teachers? A: Not currently. Each student account is linked to one teacher at a time. If a student switches teachers, the new teacher adds them using "Add Existing Student," which transfers management.

Q: What if a student doesn't receive their login email? A: First, have them check spam/junk folders. If it's still missing, you can resend credentials from their student profile (look for "Resend Login Info" or similar button). Alternatively, they can use the "Forgot Password" flow on the login page.

Q: Can I see what students see before they log in? A: Yes! Use the "Switch to Student View" feature. This shows you exactly their interface, practice plan, and notifications.

Q: Can students see each other? A: No. Students only see their own data, exercises, and progress. They have no visibility into other students' accounts or performances.

Q: How do I transfer a student to another teacher? A: Remove the student from your roster (they still have their account), then the new teacher adds them via "Add Existing Student." All their historical data remains intact.

Q: Can I bulk-import students from a spreadsheet? A: This feature varies by platform version. Check Settings or Contact Support to ask about CSV import if you have a large roster to onboard.

Q: Do I need to create separate accounts for group classes? A: No — add each individual student to your roster. Then use tags to organize them by class (e.g., "Monday Group Class"). You can assign exercises to the whole group by filtering by that tag.
