Practice Reminders¶
Reminders are a specific type of message designed to nudge students to practice.
How to send practice reminders: 1. Go to Student Management or Notifications page 2. Select "Send Practice Reminder" 3. Choose recipients: - All students - Specific students (use checkboxes or filters) 4. The system may auto-generate a friendly reminder message, or you can customize it 5. Click "Send Reminder"
When to send reminders: - Weekly routine: Every Monday or Friday - After assigning new exercises: "Don't forget to try the new exercise I just assigned!" - To inactive students: Target students who haven't practiced in 7+ days - Before lessons: "We have our lesson tomorrow — try to get one more practice session in today!"
Example reminder messages: - "Quick reminder: You have 3 exercises in your practice plan. Even 15 minutes today makes a difference!" - "I assigned you a new breath control exercise yesterday. Give it a try this week and let me know how it feels." - "It's been a while since your last practice session. No judgment — just checking in! Can you squeeze in 10 minutes today?"
