Understanding Student Progress

The Student Insights dashboard (also called Echo Student Insights) is where Q-Orb data comes alive. This is where you see the big picture of each student's growth, spot trends, and celebrate milestones. If you haven't read the "The Q-Orb System Explained" section yet, start there — it covers the six metrics, baselines, goals, and how the system works. This section focuses on how to use that data as a teacher.

Accessing Student Insights

How to get there: 1. Sidebar navigation → "Echo Student Insights" or "Student Insights" 2. You'll land on a dashboard showing aggregate studio stats and individual student breakdowns

What you'll see: - Studio-wide statistics: Total students, active students, baseline improvements across all students, total goal hits, total practice minutes, average success rate - Monthly charts: Exercise completions over 12 months, new students over 12 months - Accuracy distribution: Histogram showing how many students are in each accuracy range (90-100%, 80-90%, etc.) - Completion rates: Pie chart of completed vs. in-progress vs. not-started exercises - Top performing students: Table of top 5 students by progress metrics - Per-student detailed views: Click any student to see their individual progress timeline, achievement milestones, practice consistency heatmap, and recent activity feed
