Common Subscription Questions¶
Q: Can I switch from monthly to yearly mid-cycle? A: Usually yes. The platform will prorate your remaining monthly balance and apply it to the yearly plan.
Q: What happens to my students if I cancel? A: They keep their accounts and data, but you lose access to managing them. They can continue using EchoVQ independently or connect with another teacher.
Q: Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling? A: Some platforms offer pause/hold options. Check your Subscription settings or contact support.
Q: Do I get a refund if I cancel? A: Refund policies vary. Typically, no refunds for partial months, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.
Q: Can I add another teacher to my account? A: Standard teacher plans are single-user. For multi-teacher setups, look for Enterprise or Studio plans, or contact sales.
